Thanks, Grammy!!

Grammy wasn't only here for Halloween last week! She was actually here to paint Grace and Olivia's bedroom for us. The girls began sharing a room over the summer, and after a new bed for Grace and new matching comforters, the only thing left was to paint over the lavender walls. Well, we still have some work to do, like get some new curtains and hang pictures, etc., but the walls look great! The girls picked out the three colors that matched the comforter-pink, blue, and chocolate brown. We can't thank you enough, Grammy! You worked really hard and the girls are just thrilled with their room!

Perfect Weather for Halloween

The weather here in Cincinnati was perfect on Halloween. The kids were able to walk around in their costumes without any jackets! We had Alice in Wonderland, a witch, and a monkey. We have a little tradition of going over to the neighbors for dinner before we all head out trick-or treating. This year was great, because Grammy got to help us carve our pumpkins and walk around with us! She even got to see Olivia in the Fall Parade at school, and go to Emma's school with me for her party--imagine about 12 3 year olds with cupcakes, cookies, candy, etc. She was covered in orange icing after her party, but boy did she have fun!!!
